she’s on my mind today. my beautiful girl. i realized that i think she went to school wearing clothes that don’t really match, i meant to have her change but i forgot. that’s what caused her to invade my thoughts originally, but with this one, once she’s made her way into your thoughts…she takes over. then i heard a song. now, it’s her song. if you’re lucky enough to know my claudia, you know she’s just a little outside the lines of “normal”, she’s better than that. she’s a song. a living, breathing, walking, talking song. that’s why so many songs just seem to be written for her, about her, by her. the last song that struck me as hers was coldplay’s “yellow”.  city and colour’s “the girl” hit me hard this morning as her sweet face buzzed around my brain. “i wish i could do better by you, cuz that’s what you deserve…please know that i’m yours to keep, my beautiful girl”. the song is beautiful, if you haven’t heard it, check it out.  i know i’ve posted this shot before but it really seems to sum up my beautiful girl, however, just like with “yellow”, the song is inspiring me, this very second, as i type and listen,  to photograph an image to go with her new song.
