it’s been a flowery kind of week. putting it all together for one fantastic flower frenzied post seemed like  a nice idea. for more reasons than one. it appears that my blogging has become somewhat sluggish as of late. whether it’s the fact that time just isn’t making itself available to me, that words are also being rather elusive, or maybe i’m just too pre-occupied smelling the roses…i’m not entirely sure. either way, there are dozens of images that i’d love to share with my blog-reading friends and i hope this “flowery” explanation as to why i’ve not been on top of that lately is a nice make-up for being a bit lackadaisical.

natty-like-a-cat actually put this lovely little bouquet together herself on a little evening stroll yesterday. i’m rather impressed, it’s quite nice.
i think carnations get a bad wrap, i guess just because they’re cheap, but i think they’re very sweet and they smell delicious.
