i had loads of photography fun last weekend. here’s a quick recap of a few of the shoots.
the smith family was an absolute joy and creative inspiration to photograph.
this is the fastest sneak-peek i’ve ever posted. less than an hour after the shoot ended! i had to do it. had to. why wait, right? i’m so head-0ver-heels for this shot. it’s a sneaky little shot i took of baby cohen loving his swing-set time.
that’s a whole lotta griffs and where there are a lotta griffs, there are a whole ton of laughs. this was no doubt, the funniest shoot i’ve ever done. this family is just plain awesome. i love ‘em. i know a couple of them well, and would love to know all of them well. simply, a wonderful group of people living through “it”, it being life and all it dishes out and giving each other a leg up, a pat on the back, a shoulder to cry on or punch in the nose (whatever it takes).

i’ve been so excited to post a few shots from this session. while it was such a pleasure to spend a sunday evening with this beautiful family for many reasons, i have to admit, a big reason for my excitement…chickens. goofy, i know. photographing a precious little girl with the chickens that she dearly loves, excites me.
