A mermaid inspired maternity shoot on the beach, at sunset, with a lovely mom-to-be…I’m in. Polly was amazing to photograph. She was so at ease in her element, the ocean, as well as in front of the camera. I’ve had a tough time choosing just a few images to blog, it would have been easy to get carried away.

…crazy sexy cool maternity. i love this book. my husband and i purchased it when it was first published, about 13 or 14 years ago. it’s been a constant source of inspiration.

that’s right!  i’m looking for some “models” for specific shots I need to complete a new portfolio. the models needed for this casting call are as follows: newborns no more than 3 weeks old (10 days or less is preferable), pregnant mommies-to-be (yep, it’s ok if the newborns come from these mommies), at least one pregnant mommy-to-be with prominent tattoo/tattoos.

i’m also looking for models for a brand-new style of session that i’m going to be offering very soon…something I am so excited about. these sessions will focus on capturing your child/children doing exactly what they do best…playing. the models i need for these shoots are 2-4 children or sibling groups in a variety of ages that are willing to do some fun stuff and be photographed while doing it.
